After falling in love through their shared passion for food, Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer launched Honey & Co., one of Londons hottest new restaurants, in 2012. Since opening the doors, they have created exquisite dishes, delectable menus, and an atmosphere thats as warm, inviting, and exotic as the food they serve.
Recipes include spreads and dips, exquisitely balanced salads, one-pan dishes, simple fragrant soups, rich Persian entrees, the tagines of North Africa, the Sofritos of Jerusalem, and the herb-infused stews of Iran. HONEY & CO. brings the flavors of the Middle East to life in a wholly accessible way, certain to entice and satisfy in equal measure.

This is a tiny place which get five stars for food. The mezze dishes are inventive, tasty, beautiful to behold and filling. The mains looked lovely but we did not have room for them. Loved everything here food-wise but must award 0 points for ambiance Amazing lunch with old friends.
There are many things I want from a restaurant; love is not one of them. I do not expect restaurants or their staff to love me, either in that Hallmark greeting-card sense or that moist adult way. Usually this is fine. When eating in the US, however, nobody seems to notice. There, almost every chef and waiter will announce that the food being served has been prepared " with love ". You had congress with my enchiladas?
After four months in Asia, we headed to Honey and Co for our first London breakfast. Watch our video to find out why we love this Middle Eastern cafe in the heart of London. We first heard about Honey and Co while we were eating breakfast at the Hungry Monk, a wonderful cafe in Western, Ireland. Aisling Butler had staged at the Middle Eastern cafe years ago and waxed poetically on the desserts created by the Israeli owners, Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich. Creatures of habit, we chose to return last month November when we arrived in London for a more extended visit.
