A delicious day cooking with the chef from the gastronomic society. Not only interesting in cooking techniques but also in learning the history of these clubs. Wonderful lunch of Basque dishes with lovely wines — recommend highly! My birthday gift today was a Basque Country cooking class! We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking course and found it something we can now do quite easily at home.

Our teach Inaki was very knowledgable about Basque culture and food. We started with a tour of the amazing food market and then had our class in one of the private culinary clubs which was very neat. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting san Sebastian.
